Overview: TraXside skate nights are meant as an opportunity for your school’s families to get together in a fun, safe, entertaining environment. You may choose between using your family fun night as an inexpensive way to get families together with fun and food included or as a FUNdraising opportunity. See below for details on these different events!
You are allowed to choose up to 3 dates.
TraXside Skating will provide flyers for each student to take home with your event details and additional savings for families. These flyers will be delivered directly to your school 3 weeks prior to your event.
All who enter will be charged admission regardless of level of participation.
No outside food or beverages may be brought into your events.
Description
Family Skate Night Options
1. Families, Fun and Food – $9 per person for a 2.5hour event.
Each admission includes Skate rental and a Food Combo.
*Not available Friday Nights
2. Families, Fun and Fundraising – $8 per person for a 2.5 hour event.
A portion of each admission will be rebated back to your organization.
The rebate structure is
1-49 admissions, you receive $1 for all admissions
50-99 admission, you receive $2 for all admissions
100+ admissions, you receive $3 for all admissions!
(ex: 88 admissions would receive a rebate of $176 while 103 admissions would receive a $309 rebate)
3. Just for Fun and Families – Only $6 per person for a 2.5 hour event
Each admission includes Skate rental.
This event does not offer Food combo or rebate and can only be held on MONDAYS ONLY.
